The role is delivery-focused, with additional responsibilities in research-driven client management and acquisition. You will handle senior and critical roles independently while leveraging innovative approaches to source and assess top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and leadership-level roles across various industries.
- Independently manage client accounts, fostering strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Conduct detailed mapping of organizational structures to identify key talent and better understand company ecosystems.
- Stay abreast of the latest hiring trends and implement innovative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals.
- Evaluate senior-level candidates for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities and support research-driven client acquisition initiatives.
- Work autonomously, taking full ownership of recruitment mandates with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in leadership hiring with a track record of successfully closing senior and critical roles. Ideal total number of work experience should be 10+ years.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
